Control Awards 2014
DKM Homes was recognised at the Local Authority Building Control by reaching the regional finals for the 2014 Shropshire and Staffordshire Building Control Awards. DKM Homes were commended in the Best Change of use of an existing building or Conversion category for their recently completed development at Chorley Manor Barns, a unique selection of grade II listed stone barn conversions in the former grounds to Chorley Hall.
NHBC Pride in the Job 2011 : NHBC Quality Award
DKM Homes won its first NHBC award in 2011, and became the first application NHBC member to win an award during its initial membership stage at our Westgate Drive development in Bridgnorth.
